What are some things associated with blue?
Many things that are blue in the world we live in. While we know many of the names, we are still unaware of much more that are blue and look captivating. This is because, very few flowers, animals or plants are completely blue and most of the blue things that we know as blue are actually manufactured things like blue jackets, blue bottles or blue paint.

People say that sky is blue and it looks picturesque when white clouds float in the backdrop of a blue sky. However, it an altogether another fact that it is because the color blue travels in short waves, it is scattered more by the air molecules on our earth and the sky appears blue.

Blueberry blue
Make a blueberry pie: cut small pie shapes out of tan construction paper. Cut small blue holes with a hole punch out of dark blue paper. Let the children spread glue on their pies and add the blueberries.
Blue Fish
Draw a fish neatly on a paper and keep it aside. Now, pour some blue paint in a tray and keep aside some bottle tops as stamps to create scales of fish by dipping them in the tray. Ask children to do it one by one. They will experience joy while doing this blue color activity.
